OUR DREAM FOR 1601 MUNSON AVENUE PAGE 5 F or Texas Eta to remain competitive and provide a safe and up-to-date experience at our home in College Station, we intend to retain experts to support the development of a design for a major renovation project. We hope to ensure our home on Munson Avenue represents our 40-year history while providing expanded chapter spaces and updated technology to support the current and future excellence of our members. TOP PRIORITIES • Consider expanding to optimize downstairs spaces such as the porte-cochere, chapter room, executive office and patio to accommodate our growing chapter. • Upgrade finishes, furnishings, flooring and accessories throughout the facility. • Improve safety and technology by providing TVs, ethernet connections and charging stations. "We desire for the house to be a place for New Members, actives and alumnae to call home when in College Station. With this project, our goal is to rebuild the connection between alumnae and the chapter so that the Fraternity's mission of developing lifelong friends continues to be realized." –Brooke Ellen Bradburn '94, Fundraising Chairman ESTIMATED COST: $2 MILLION
