GOALS:
• Create a cohesive house that represents the strong
brand of Tri Delta on KU's campus.
• Include competitive amenities, such as a laundry
room, office space for chapter leaders and chapter
storage for Ritual and recruitment equipment.
• Create spacious bedrooms and ample common areas
for chapter members to utilize.
• Provide a safe living environment for members by
updating electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
PROJECT COST: $10 million
TIMELINE: May 2023-July 2024
Today, students and their parents expect
more for their housing dollars. Students
are faced with several living op ons,
ranging from on-campus residence halls
that provide internet and air condi oning
to apartment complexes that offer fitness
centers and covered parking. Addi onally,
several other sorori es on campus have
either renovated or built new facili es.
These op ons can draw our prospec ve
members away from the chapter house.
Although we do not intend to provide all
the ameni es offered by dormitories and
apartments, we must present a modern,
a rac ve facility.
