PROXI APARTMENTS | Furnished tech-enabled luxury living within walking distance of campus. O ur beloved home at 1630 Oxford has witnessed the march of time. The community of Lawrence has experienced many changes. Over the past decade, KU has opened five residence halls while renovating six others. Newly constructed off-campus apartments offer hotel-style amenities, including fitness centers, luxury pools, game rooms and more. Other sororities have completed major renovations that offer a more competitive living environment for members. For Tri Delta to remain competitive, we must rebuild and expand our facility to attract the quality of women we pride ourselves on. Other sororities at KU have responded to chapter growth and increased competition within the Greek community by investing in substantial upgrades or rebuilding their facilities.
