Junk at the Mill, Junk Ranch, and several junk fairs offer a variety of antiques and cras that is unrivaled. Junk Ranch is known for drawing in thousands of visitors from all over, and features items ranging from vintage clothes and furniture to primitive barn items. ey have also recently added a Christmas event called Holly Jolly Junk Ranch that offers vintage Christmas and handmade items. Junk at the Mill is held in a remodeled flour mill known as the Washington County Milling Co. and was created to draw more people to the historic building. Junk at the Mill plays host to numerous vendors that provide a variety of rare antique finds. moCk Park Downtown Prairie Grove's Mock Park features the historic spring detailed above. e park has something for the entire family with playgrounds, basketball courts, gazebo, picnic tables, and numerous beautiful trees. Mock Park is also conveniently located near the Anna Holmes Dorman Public Library and Doris Sharp Children's library. BoB kidd lake Bob Kidd Lake is located just two miles from Prairie Grove and is over 200 acres wide. e lake is named aer Robert "Bob" Kidd, a former resident of Prairie Grove. e lake was created in 1975 by damming a creek of the same name. e lake is ideal for fishing and duck hunting, and includes a place to launch boats. ClotHesline Fair e Clothesline Fair has become one of the top arts and cras venues in the area and is held on Labor Day weekend each year at Battlefield State Park. e fair has cras, live music, food and cra vendors, Civil War history, and square dancing. e Clothesline Fair Parade features tractors, antique vehicles, fire trucks, and local businesses. It's sponsored by the Prairie Grove Lions Club and is a great way for the community to mix, mingle, and get involved.
