happy! Right now, I am going through
a watermelon stage, before that it was
apples and before that, pineapple."
How about a lunch indulgence?:
"Mmm… a loaded baked potato
topped with sour cream, chives, bacon. Really, just everything! Oh, and a
real saucy slice of pizza, which I had
yesterday."
Go-to lunch spot?: "Circa. I love
their salads. If my husband can meet
me for lunch, that's our spot. We are
salad lovers!"
Favorite lunch as a kid?: "Definitely
not M.R.E.'s… sometimes my dad
would try to give us them. Honestly,
I enjoyed something simple: tuna and

What's in your lunchbox?: "I'm a
single girl, so Sunday night is "order
pizza night," so on Monday's I'll have
a slice. I also am a fan of "mason jar
salads," which I found on Pinterest."
How about a lunch indulgence?:
"I always have to throw in something
sweet. While living in Paraguay, I fell
in love with dulce de leche. Jello makes
a pudding version that fits in with my
Weight Watcher points."
Go-to lunch spot?: "I love the
sandwiches at Blue Moon. If I am not
working and they're serving Peach
Sangria… I'll have that too!"
Favorite lunch as a kid?: "At our
school we could go home for lunch,
so I'd always go home with my friend
Stacy and her grandparents would
cook us the most delicious soups and
sandwiches." CV
