Madison Parks '21 BATON ROUGE, LA. ACCOUNTING What does being a Phi Mu mean to you? Being a member of Phi Mu means more than just wearing my letters and being a part of an organization; I'm a part of a great big family that I never knew I could have. I feel pride when talking about this sorority and how amazing it is. Everyone is genuinely happy for one another's success, and we bring each other up instead of putting one another down. ere is nowhere else in the world I'd rather be than Phi Mu! Why should alumnae support Alpha Delta? I believe alumnae should support our Chapter because I am confident that the help of women who have already been through our experiences, college, and the professional world could deeply benefit us as we move through our own journey and into the rest of our lives. Jasmine Gibbs '21 HATTIESBURG, MISS. BUSINESS AND FINANCE What has changed in your life because of your membership in Phi Mu? e biggest change is how I see my friendships inside and outside our Chapter. By being around such strong women, I have learned to raise my standards in my friendships outside of Phi Mu. e women in our Chapter have taught me to expect nothing less than respect and compassion from those I surround myself with. Why should alumnae support Alpha Delta? Alumnae should support us because we are a sisterhood of independent, hardworking women who have exemplified the core values of our sisterhood. In my time in this Chapter, I have understood what it means to show love, honor, and truth in my daily interactions. I hope that alumnae see the love our Chapter has for them as well as the people that have come across our sisterhood! Maggie Scott '21 NEW ALBANY, MISS. CHEMISTRY What does being a Phi Mu mean to you? To me, being a member of Phi Mu allows me to be a part of something bigger than myself. I have a home full of 400-plus sisters that I can always go to and women who push me to be the best version of myself daily. Why should alumnae support Alpha Delta? I hope that alumnae will want to support Alpha Delta because it will always be their home. It is the place that once made them feel loved and welcomed, and it is still here today doing the same for so many wonderful women. 1 Approaching a Century of Approaching a Century of Excellence for Alpha Del ta Excellence for Alpha Del ta S ince Phi Mu's establishment at Ole Miss in 1926, Alpha Delta has thrived both on the Ole Miss campus and in the Oxford community.
