OUR PLAN
T
he Alabama Alpha-Mu House Corporation
has endeavored to develop preliminary dorm
reconstruction plans that will address the long-
term needs of the chapter. e emphasis of the plan will be
placed on providing a more competitive physical structure
for attracting quality young men, ample personal study
space, and increasing the number of bedrooms to reflect
the growth of this chapter.
High-level cost estimates for new dorms and house
renovations have been created as well as preliminary floor
plans for each room. rough our work with Krittenbrink
Architecture, it has become clear that we must make a
major investment to provide an up-to-date facility that will
serve young college men well into the future.
We must meet the needs of our undergraduates and
prepare for the future of Alabama Alpha-Mu Chapter.
Our facility is not an adequate living space for our
undergraduate chapter. Updating our facility is a task that
has been necessary for a very long time, and now is the
time for us to work together to bring this vision forward.
