We enjoyed having you and appreciated your patience at the register. Our visiting winter friends still here, we appreciate you always. We will continue to ask for mask wearing and social distancing when shopping with us in our crowded store. Some things you may not know about the Quartzsite Salvation Army Thrift Store: We sell greeting cards and have stamps available, too. Our card dis- play rack is categorized with lovely cards. We have an adult and child diaper- pull-ups program. Easy to register program and can be serviced once a month. We have wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, and other medical needs items that can be borrowed on a two-month loan out program. Your deposit is returned when item is re- turned in same condition. We have a rack of free clothing on our porch area. Yes, we usually have free moving boxes available. Wanting to donate many items, we have free loan out of laundry bas- kets to lend to you, so that you can bring things to us. We do take prescription eyeglasses and donate them to Lions Club Vi- sion Program, as well as hearing aids to area ENT Offi ce. It is fi ne to donate clothing on hangers if you like. We wash all socks and underwear. All our clothing and many linens are sprayed with an EPA approved disinfectant. We have not so perfect condition books on porch for 10 cents each. We do recycle old cell phones for Veterans and Women's Shelter Or- ganizations. We appreciate your donated gro- cery bags and thank the ladies and gentlemen that take them home and return them fl attened for us. We do recycle CRV water bottles and soda cans. Please put lid in container and crush the cans if you can.
