Ozark Living

Ingredients: • 5 to 6 cups shredded cooked chicken breast (save broth) • ½ bell pepper • ½ Vidalia onion • 4 tablespoons butter • 4 cans chicken broth • 2 small packages thin spaghetti (I use 2 boxes of Pozza's Pasta traditional spaghetti noodles) • ¾ block Velvetta cheese • 2 can Rotel • 1 can English peas - drained • 1 can mushrooms - drained Directions: Saute onions and peppers in butter. Take strained chicken broth and cook spaghetti noodles in broth. Mix cooked spaghetti, onions, peppers, rotel, mushrooms, peas and mix together. Add shredded chicken and cheese then cover with enough broth to make creamy. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or longer. I usually use ½ block of cheese .
