Smoked Buffalo ChiCken dip Prep time: 5 min / Cook time: 15 min / Serves 6 Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients (except ½ cup blue cheese crumbles) together in a large bowl. is includes: 3 cups leover smoked chicken, or rotisserie shredded; 4 oz light cream cheese, soened; ½ cup Greek yogurt; 1 tbl ranch or blue cheese dressing; ¾ cups Frank's RedHot hot sauce; 1 stalk finely diced celery; ½ cup shredded cheddar; ½ tsp garlic powder and ½ tsp celery salt. Pour all mixed ingredients into a 9" (or equivalent size) greased oven safe baking dish or cast iron dish. Top with blue cheese crumbles and bake, uncovered 15-20 minutes til bubbly. Serve warm with chips or celery. The BeST GuaCamole Cut 2 avocados in half, removing pit, score inside, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado til chunky. Add remaining ingredients: ¼ tsp salt, plus more to taste, 2-4 tbl minced red onion, 1-2 jalapenos, minced; 2 tbl cilantro, finely chopped; pinch pepper, and ½ ripe tomato, chopped. Adjust to taste. is is the guac to really make them talk! Baked lemon pepper WinGS Prep time: 5 min / Cook time: 1 hour / Serves 8 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss 4 lb. chicken wings (bone-in) with ¼ cup avocado or canola oil. Place wings on a wire rack set on a baking sheet, spacing apart. Bake 50-60 minutes or til golden and crispy. Remove wings from oven. Mix ¼ cup melted butter and 3 tbl lemon-pepper seasoning, brushing liberally onto wings, tossing on extra lemon pepper to taste. ese wings will fly off the plate faster than you say "Touchdown!" so catch them while you can.
