Al- though the summer Farmer's Markets have ended for the year, Dirtbag Ales will continue to host twice-monthly Winter Mini Markets. Dirtbag knows you still need the essentials through the winter and have planned to have local farmers and vendors at their mini markets. The Winter Mini Market will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will also be a market on Jan. 9. JANUARY 25 OPEN MIKE NIGHT FAYETTEVILLE BAKERY & CAFE The Fayetteville Bakery & Cafe hosts an open mike night every Tuesday. Drop in and enjoy baked goods, coffee, frappes, teas, pastries and performances. This is a family-friendly event that runs from 6 to 9 p.m. Performances may include song, music, poetry and spoken word. All are welcome. JANUARY 28 AFRICAN AMERICANS BUILDING FAYETTEVILLE FAYETTEVILLE HISTORY MUSEUM This exhibition reveals the extraordi- nary work of prominent Black architects and builders in Fayetteville. The exhibit spans the Antebellum period through the early 20th century. The exhibit educates and awakens interest in the preservation of structures attributed to Black artisans. The work of Black builders represents an important link to the past. Their hard work and craftsmanship have given Fayetteville some of its most treasured landmarks, many of which are still in use today. THE LAST DAYS OF JUDAS ISCARIOT GILBERT THEATER The Last Days of Judas Iscariot is a hilarious, poignant, thought-provoking work by playwright Stephen Adly Guirgis.
