Lambda Chi Alpha at OSU is truly ever-growing! Last year's
recruitment was 100 percent virtual, but the undergraduate
brothers adapted, grew, and thrived. e chapter then excelled
during what was an exceptionally challenging academic year
in which the pandemic substantially impacted campus life.
Traditional events were cancelled, including Jump Day and Sing.
On October 1st, Alpha Lambda continued our growth by
celebrating Jump Day with 31 new associate members joining the
chapter! It was a jubilant celebration when Jump Day returned
to campus, as new AMs jumped into a sea of fellow brothers in
Lambda Chi Alpha. Together, as a brotherhood, we ran back to the
chapter house, where we celebrated in great fashion. Everyone was
excited to be back to a sense of normality aer what seemed like an
eternal year of social distancing.
Aer a fun day of welcoming our new brothers, new associate
member Miguel Hernandez shared his favorite part of the day.
"Jump was an unforgettable experience—one that I will remember
the rest of my life. I am so excited to be a part of a fraternity that
cares so deeply about each other and their values."
Since Jump Day, an additional six new associate members have
joined Alpha Lambda, bringing our total to 37 new AMs this fall!
