"I heard from my brother that it was a great opportunity, and it has helped me a lot with professionalism, punctuality, consistency, and so much more. ese are things you need in any profession," Satchel said. His brother Caster is currently a student teller at the high school branch. e brothers – as are all students – were nominated by their teachers and then interviewed for the branch positions. Nathan Lombard, Senior AVP for the Schools Program, said he has been impressed with the quality of the students selected for the branches. "We rely on the schools to make student selections, and they have given us exemplary individuals. Since the second year of our program, we have been honored to have one of the Sandifers working at our branch, beginning with Draven, followed by Satchel and now Caster," Lombard said. e first thing Draven said he told his brothers before they went to work at the school branch was to trust their training. "It will teach you everything you need to know, and the Redstone trainers are patient with you. ey are also encouraging – even when you make a mistake. It's truly a family!" Each brother has special gifts, Draven said. Communicating with people comes easily for him. e member service skills he is acquiring in this position will also help him as a pharmacist. Satchel is musical and enjoys working with his hands. Caster loves computers and software programming. A younger brother, Hyatt, is next in line to join the Redstone family. "ese young men are exceptional students and will be an asset to any company that employs them in the future. ere is a younger brother that we are anxiously waiting for to be old enough to work in our branch as well," Lombard said with a smile. r e d f c u.o r g | 13 Draven Sandifer
