Phi Sigma Kappa 3 O ur initial five-year campaign goal in 2015 was $1.75 million. Through the generosity of our alumni and friends, written commitments to the campaign totaled $2,124,141, including in-kind donations; an additional $18,200 of in-kind work and materials is not included in the campaign total. A pledge for $100,000 was designated for scholarships to Delta Triton undergraduates enrolled in the Krannert School. There were 172 total contributors for a 30.4% participation rate. The Phi Sigma Kappa Foundation provided charitable tax donation receipts for a 2% fee. A total of $31,592 was retained by the Foundation and used to support administrative fees and national Phi Sigma Kappa programs. Donor names will be displayed on a glass plaque in the house with brass plates for named areas of the house, and all will be in place next semester. A huge thank you to all who supported and participated in this historic campaign! Capital Campaign Closure Report D elta Triton's fall recruitment was a huge success. Twenty-nine members joined our brotherhood of over 90 strong. Prior to the school year, multiple brothers volunteered their time to raise money for philanthropic purposes; the chapter was awarded $5,000 for their efforts. The chapter also received the James S. Whitfield Chapter of Honor Award at the 68th Grand Convention; our brothers are very proud of this award. In other fall news, the house is advancing sustainability by participating in a food waste collection program for renewable energy. Our brothers continue to develop in camaraderie, scholarship, and character and will continue this trend throughout the year. We look forward to the rest of the year and the possibilities it may bring!
