Chapter Update
T
he pandemic has been challenging
for many groups, Gamma Chi
Chapter being no exception. Despite
difficulties, we've been able to continue our
efforts in philanthropy, community service,
and brotherhood development. We graduated
22 of our brothers into the alumni chapter
this year, which was a little over 50% of our
membership—they've certainly le some big
shoes to fill. With the repeal of COVID-19-
related restrictions on the fraternity, our active
brothers are working to rebuild our numbers
by recruiting hard this winter. With our recent
graduates moving on to find success in their
respective careers, the actives are committed to
ensuring the long-term success of the fraternity
through bylaw revisions, better candidate
education programs, and
values-based recruitment.
