Our Vision
T
hrough a needs assessment and feasibility study, we determined we must raze and rebuild our house to reflect the level of excellence that is
Gamma Theta's hallmark. With the assistance of an industry-leading architect, TreanorHL Architecture, we've created a home that is timeless
and elegant. This new, state-of-the-art chapter house will be built on the current lot owned by Gamma Theta Chapter Inc.
PROJECT TIMELINE
Our goal is to begin construction in May 2023 with project
completion in fall 2024 in time for our 100th anniversary celebration.
Working with both Treanor HL and Scorpio Corporation on the
design and construction, we anticipate the following costs.
