Option 2 W hile the Phi Gamma Delta experience is certainly more than the bricks and mortar of the chapter house, our home undoubtedly plays a significant role in the development of our brothers and as a visual representation of our shared values and goals. While the house corporation works hard to maintain the current rental facility, having a permanent home in Boulder is necessary for our growth and connection as brothers. We have put much thought into how we should rectify this issue, and through careful assessment and planning, two viable options have been determined.
