Camels return to
Quartzsite
Yes, it's a Quartzsite thing! After al-
most 3 years without live camels, Lar-
ry Lord and Phil Bates brought camels
back to Quartzsite Monday, October
18th for a Meet & Greet event on his
property at 726 E. Main St. Lord an-
nounced on Facebook, "These are the
same camels that will be joining us
for the Hi Jolly parade on January 8,
2022 and giving rides throughout the
month of January. Yahoo!"
