BY GEORGE DICKIE What are the things that frustrate you when coaching the rookie house flippers? You know, it's just like Season 1. It's one of those things where I'm a professional house flipper. I've done almost 600 houses. I've been doing it on TV for 10 years and you would think by now people would trust my advice and listen to me but they still don't. And that's what I think makes the show exciting because it just shows at the end of the day people are different and they're going to do what they want to do. So it's just one of those things. And if they did take my advice on everything I advise them on, the show would be boring. So I would say that's one of the biggest things. What do you love most about doing this? For me, I've been a rookie flipper. I've been new to the business and I know how much real estate changed my life. I know that feeling of becoming a real estate investor and flipping a house and getting that feeling of accomplishment and honestly it's my favorite thing in the world and it's just the best feeling in the world. So for me, I'm just so excited, honestly, just to give back and watch someone else win in this industry and ... help them succeed and look at the smile on their face when they get that offer and they get that big payday that they never thought possible. You know, it gives me a chance to show someone that anything's possible.
