Redstone's member magazine, aspire!
won the Award of Excellence from the
Public Relations Council of Alabama.
e quarterly magazine is printed and
mailed to members' homes. It is also
available digitally on Redstone's website.
Redstone's COVID video updates,
featuring President and CEO Joe
Newberry, won the Award of Excellence
for Crisis Communications.
"We are excited about these awards
that highlight the various ways we
communicate with our members and
the public about those things that are
important to them," said Joel Guske, Vice
President of Innovation and Marketing.
Students at five North Alabama high schools
recently received a life-saving gift from
Redstone. e credit union partnered with
the American Heart Association to provide
CPR Anytime Kits to the schools.
e easy-to-use 'CPR in Schools Anytime
Kit' is designed precisely for educational
environments and can be facilitated by
anyone. e kit contains everything needed
to train 10 to 20 people at once in CPR.
Kits were distributed to Bob Jones, James
Clemens, Hazel Green, Sparkman, and
Jemison high schools.
