3 COLORADO DELTA A fter a challenging semester, Colorado Delta SigEp brothers were relieved that finals were over, with many excited to start internships, research, or summer courses. That excitement faltered in late May when we lost Brother Gregory Troy Miller '22. Our hearts and the hearts of his family came together to mourn his passing. Greg was an inspiration to all. No words could ever describe the light he brought to our lives and the immeasurable love he poured into the house. We were able to gather with Greg's family and friends to celebrate his life, receiving multiple gifts to commemorate him, including his guitar and paddle. Because of his love of music, members have set his guitar in the living room so that others can learn to play for years to come. Greg will live in our hearts forever, and we will strive to be bigger and better SigEps for him. Although we have struggled immensely this year, we have not stopped achieving. Colorado Delta ended the spring semester with a 3.40 GPA, with numerous brothers on the Dean's List (GPA of 3.0 or higher). Besides academics, our executive board aided Colorado Alpha Chapter in performing the Sigma Rite of Passage for more than 30 brothers in Boulder, Colorado, during the spring. We will continue to help their chapter follow the Ritual and Guide of Sigma Phi Epsilon. At the 57th Grand Chapter Conclave in Denver this year, Colorado Delta was selected to be the host Chapter. We sent 12 undergraduate volunteers along with brothers from Colorado Alpha and Colorado Gamma to aid the national organization in their endeavors. While helping host Conclave was an honor, the true honor came at The Balanced Man, where our Chapter was awarded our first silver Buchanan Cup in 20 years! We are very grateful to all who have worked so hard for this outstanding achievement. As for local happenings, the house has undergone more construction, including new floors and painted walls, and a complete remodel of the lower study room, mom's room, and women's bathroom. Rooms and halls are much livelier, and brothers are getting creative with their new living spaces. We are eager to utilize this new study space when it is finished later in August.
