"The Meredith Vieira Show" aired in syn- dication for two seasons, from 2014 to 2016, with the pro- duction based at New York's Rockefeller Center (NBC Uni- versal made and distributed the program).Vieira wanted the show's set to be structured largely like her own home, and mentions of her family were frequent. As it happened, former "To- day" co-host Vieira wouldn't be out of the daytime-TV game all that long afterward. Having hosted "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" before she started her talk show, she returned to games by presiding over "25 Words or Less," which premiered in 2019 (originally getting a tryout on a handful of Fox-owned stations) and is still running.
