BY GEORGE DICKIE Did you spend all of Season 3 in Portugal? Yeah ... Matthew Goode and I did a road trip where we just go from – sounds like a tough call, doesn't it? – vineyard to vineyard and lunch to lunch, talking with winemakers, tasting their wares, finding out where they're from, what excites them, what gets them going in the morning. So we did that for about two or three weeks and then Matthew had to go off and do another job, so then we pulled in Dominic West to do the famous tasting – well, famous to us anyway – week, which is where we sit down and we just taste wine all week. And we generally do about 32 bottles of wine a day, tasting. Yeah, you have to have a strong live and a strong constitution. And this is the second season I've done so I'm now very wary that when I come home, I don't even look at a bottle of wine for maybe four or five months.
