The new Mystic River Falls raft ride rushes, soars and drops as one of 40 rides & attractions at the 1880s park. New shows include the new Rivertown Ramblers Dixieland Jazz with a "today twist" on songs of the generations. Moreover, making it all a slam-dunk, two legendary sources of family entertainment, the Harlem Globetrotters and Silver Dollar City, tip off to present The Harlem Globetrotters Skills Showcase, an exclusive new show created for The City. The new one-of-a-kind Mystic River Falls offers four experiences in one ride: a nearly half-mile river ride, an 8-story lift tower, an elevated channel and the grand finale, a 4-1/2 story waterfall drop – making it the tallest raft drop in the Western Hemisphere. Additionally, a 450-seat new restaurant, the Rivertown Smokehouse, is located along the banks of the Mystic River in the themed Rivertown area. As the centerpiece of Silver Dollar City's 60th Diamond Jubilee, now underway, the area is also home to a new bakery preparing Silver Dollar City's famous cinnamon bread. The return of the Harlem Globetrotters, known the world over for their ball- handling skills, fun teamwork, and trick-shot mastery present a 30-minute Skills Showcase offering the showmanship, laughs, and love of the game that have made the Globetrotters famous. The Globetrotters have entertained families in 123 countries and territories worldwide, acting as ambassadors of basketball and American culture for over 90 years. Legendary professional football player and iconic entertainer Terry Bradshaw will hit the stage this summer in Branson with his musical, comedy and storytelling production, "The Terry Bradshaw Show." Bradshaw had quite a career as an NFL Hall of Fame quarterback for the Pittsburg Steelers. He has commentated for several NFL football games, and he's well known for his hilarious moments and broadcasting on FOX NFL SUNDAY. Terry has appeared in several movies, sitcoms and reality TV shows including The Cannon Ball Run, Smokey & the Bandit II, Better Late than Never, and recently, The Bradshaw Bunch. Terry also loves to sing and has recorded six albums of country/western and gospel music. His cover of "I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry" hit the Top 20 of the Billboard Country Charts. Terry Bradshaw will bring his dynamic singing ability, endearing personality and charisma to the Clay Cooper Theatre with a production that chronicles his life's journey. "The Terry Bradshaw Show" will showcase the same straight- shooting, self-deprecating humor that has made Bradshaw an all-time favorite as an Emmy Award-winning co-host and analyst on FOX NFL Sunday. It is also important to know that HBO films will be recording for a documentary on Terry's life, so come on over and be a part of the fun.
