'Though I say it myself, I'm pretty good at the cat pose! Juneteenth is the celebration of the ending of slavery. Saturday, June 19 is the day. The feature on the Freedom Railroad describes how Harriet Tubman and others guided slaves to freedom through secret routes north through woods and swamps.
