UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI PAGE 2
THROUGH THEIR EYES, PHI DELT TODAY
What does being a Phi Delt mean to you?
To me, being a member of Phi Delt means being a well-rounded, honorable man
of quality who is looking to further develop himself for life following our college
years.
What has changed in your life because of your membership in Phi Delt?
If I am being completely honest, everything in my life has changed because of my
membership in Phi Delt. I am an out-of-state student and knew absolutely nobody
coming into college, and because of Phi Delt, I can have the academic, social,
philanthropic, and career success that I am experiencing today.
What three words would you use to describe MO Alpha?
Growth, brotherhood, community.
What has changed in your life because of your membership in Phi Delt?
Through interaction with brothers from similar and different backgrounds, I have
been able to discover different strengths about myself, career path interests, and
what I value. My engagement in the fraternity early on also forced me to open up
my shell and interact with people I wouldn't normally.
What three words would you use to describe MO Alpha?
Sincerity, diligence, care.
What has changed in your life because of your membership in Phi Delt?
I have been able to step out of my bubble that I love to live in too often. I now
know that I am surrounded by guys that love me and will support me to the end in
whatever I do. Missouri Alpha has really built up my self-confidence and ability to
relate with others.
