If you or someone you care about is struggling or feeling overwhelmed with sadness, depression, or anxiety, there are ways to get help. Ask your primary care doctor to connect you with the right mental health services. If you have health insurance, reach out to your insurance company to find out which local providers are covered by your insurance plan. Your local college, university, or medical school may also offer treatment options. John Brown University, for example, offers $15 flat rate mental health counseling to the public at their Community Counseling Center in Siloam Springs.
