Page 6 SigEp Gator Heart ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP Scott Ater '22 has been highly active in the local community, participated in intramural sports, and has been integral in the ongoing development of the Florida Alpha Chapter. He has held positions as Chapter president, IFC delegate, programming chairman, service chairman, and road trip chairman. Scott is majoring in biomedical engineering. Scott Gann '21 has been active in many SigEp community service events. He has been the international communications chairman, served on the recruitment committee, Standards Board, Phi Challenge coordination, vice president of member development, and delegate to Florida Alpha Concave for 2020. He is currently the Epsilon Challenge coordinator and is serving on the Ritual Task Force for SigEp Headquarters. He is majoring in civil engineering. Ryan McKeever '23, while working two political campaigns, has still had time to serve the Chapter as philanthropy chairman, graphics chairman, and Surf Frenzy marketing chairman. He has been a volunteer for A Reason to Give and Farm Share in addition to being an IFAS volunteer coordinator and undergraduate researcher. He is majoring in food and resource economics. Andrew Storer '21 is the Chapter chaplain. He has served two years on the Standards Board and two years as the recruitment captain, in addition to holding the position of Sigma Challenge coordinator. He has been a Habitat for Humanity volunteer and participated in the Alachua County Cleanup. Andrew is majoring in construction management. BMS SCHOLARSHIP Austin Armbruster '23 volunteered with an athletic organization, working alongside the players and building connections. A four-year varsity lacrosse player and captain of the team his junior and senior years, Austin ran his own small business, which involved pressure washing for his community. Jake Hutchinson '23 is a computer science engineering major. In high school, he captained several competitive hockey teams from freshman through senior years. He volunteered as a surf camp counselor, teaching and spreading his love for the sport to younger kids and teens. Presently, he runs a small business making and selling masks. Jake received the President's Award for Education Excellence, was an IB Diploma recipient, and received the Scholar Athlete Award three consecutive years. Parker Rossignol '23 hopes to be involved with lobbying within six years. He is an economics major and, when serving as president for his high school Interact Club, raised more than $30,000 annually to go toward numerous charitable causes, including Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry Food Bank and Dreams Come True. Parker served as president of Atlantic Beach Youth Council where he worked closely with city leaders and was one of two representatives (of 500 elected) for the State of Florida in Boys Nation.
