The Leadership Fayetteville Program's mission is to produce a
continuous stream of concerned, motivated and educated individuals of
diverse talents and interests eager to pursue and assume leadership roles
and volunteer opportunities within the Fayetteville community. It is an
eleven-month program that meets once a month from August through
June and gives participants the opportunity to explore Fayetteville as they
develop and enhance their leadership skills.
The purpose of the Teen Leadership 'X'perience is to expose students
to the many services, resources, organizations and businesses that make
Fayetteville and the Northwest Arkansas area unique. Each month
the group attends presentations, tours facilities and interacts with
representatives from businesses, non-profit organizations, educational
institutions and public offices.
