We look forward to seeing them grow as men, Longhorns, and brothers of the Texas Alpha Chapter. PHILANTHROPY We raised over $10,000 for the University of Texas Outpost and $10,000 for the Austin Safe Alliance during this past year. We look forward to partnering with other service- driven student organizations to leverage our manpower and make a big difference in our community. We plan to create and participate in events that benefit the natural environment surrounding Austin as well as local businesses and charities. CHAPTER/MEMBER ACTIVITIES Although COVID-19 has made involvement more difficult, our members have not let the virus stop them from safely participating in organizations both on and off campus. Texas Alpha is heavily involved in the Silver Spurs with eight active members, one of whom is a BEVO Handler. Our members are also incredibly involved in the Texas Equity Group, University Investors Association, University Real Estate Society, Austin Conservation Project, and Reformed University Fellowship. We hope to begin hosting events at our lovely chapter house with you all in the near future. Until then, I hope everyone stays healthy and safe. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns.
