Hold all damaged goods and their packaging materials for inspection by the carrier. All Pressure-Pro® freight shipments are shrink-wrapped and strapped to the shipping pallet. If an LTL shipment is not shrink-wrapped and/or strapped, inspect immediately. PLEASE INSTRUCT YOUR CUSTOMERS OF THIS POLICY AS WELL. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND WARRANTIES: The liability of Pressure-Pro®, Inc. is limited to the cost of the defective item. All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. The customer will be responsible for labor, and any other expenses connected with warranty repair or replacement. Freight charges are not covered under the warranty policy.
