Each of us chose to join a sisterhood that is more than Greek letters; we chose to join a family. Our Tau Beta sisters are just that, sisters. They are the women who build us up, push us forward, and remind us we are all capable of great things. As the holidays approach, we're reminded to live thankfully. Each of us should be thankful for the sisterhood we found in Chi Omega. As volunteers, we show our thanks to our sorority through the Building for Our Next 100 Years at 310 S. Monroe campaign. More than 450 sisters and friends already demonstrated their Tau Beta gratitude by pledging their financial support to building a modern, functional Chapter House. This new house isn't a want, but a vital need. Tau Beta needs you to join the ranks of these dedicated alumnae who are making this essential project come to fruition. There's never a better, or more important, time, to finally make your commitment than the season of giving. By April 2021, we need $4 million in cash to begin work on this meaningful project. We are on pace to be at $3.49 million. Sisters, it's time to invest in the family that got us where we are today. Help us bridge the $510,000 gap by making a new or additional pledge or sending a future payment ahead of schedule. As alumnae, we can set a new standard at Tau Beta to reach new heights together. Show how grateful you are for your Chi Omega membership through a gift to the capital campaign. Enclosed is a pledge form for you to make a multi-year pledge or one-time gift. Those contributing $5,000 or more will have their names displayed on our permanent donor plaque in the completed Chapter House. As you sit around the table this holiday season recounting your blessings, don't forget all Chi Omega has given you. Each of us was drawn to this sisterhood—to its members, the Chapter House, and all it embodies. Let's choose Chi Omega again this season and say thank you to the thousands of alumnae who made it what it is today.
