Below is a des e cription of f the e activity levels that at we use for our Out & About Series e or other progra rams tha h t ma may require phys ysical activity.* * Disclaimer: : OLLI at UA is not t responsible for any damage or r r r personal injury sustained when a personal injury sustained when a member is s pa p rticipating in any OLL L I sponso sored activity on n or o off the UA campus. 1 Members must be able to o climb a few st st st stairs. 2 In addition to Level 1, members must be e able to stand up for an hour and get on and off a 15 passen enge g r van n / motor coach. 3 In addition n to Levels 1 & & 2, members must be able to climb a few fl ights of stair irs and wa walk over uneven e surfa faces. 4 In addition to Levels 1 – 3, members mus u t be in n good health, mobile and able to t parti tici cipate in 3 to 5 hours of physical activity per day and n walk up u to 3 miles over uneven ground. 5 In addition to Leve v ls 1 – 4, members s must be in excelle l nt hea ealth, extremely mo mobile l and hav a e an a active lifestyle le.
