MISSING A CLASS: If you miss the fi rst meeting of a class, please call the OLLI offi ce at 479.575.4545 or email olli@uark.edu to learn whether the next meeting location or time has been changed. If you register for a class and decide not to attend, please call us to let us know because many classes and activities have waiting lists. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute typically follows the University of Arkansas's Inclement Weather Policy. This policy can be viewed at www.uark.edu under Fayetteville Policies and Procedures 210.0. U of A closings are announced on the www.uark.edu website and on all local television stations and KUAF radio. CLASS CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: • When dropping/cancelling a class you MUST contact the OLLI offi ce at least fi ve (5) days prior to the start of the class to receive a partial refund. • A cancellation fee of $15 or the cost of the class, whichever is less, will be taken from the refund. • NO refund will be processed if the registration is not cancelled at least fi ve days prior to the fi rst class session. • Payments made by credit card will be refunded back to the credit card account. Payments by cash or check will receive a refund check mailed to the home address within 4 weeks. Receipts will not be sent for refunds. *Note: You will receive a full refund if OLLI has to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, instructor illness, etc.). Memberships are non-refundable. LOCATION POLICIES: Please pay very close attention to the location of your class. Fayetteville Municipal Airport (Drake) Policies Please do NOT go into the pilot and fl ight lounging areas or outside the back of the building to view the planes. It is advisable to dress in layers due to fl uctuating temperatures at this location. You may bring your own beverage or snacks to class. E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS: Please read your emails thoroughly!!
