We have a system for all 50 states, plus the District of Columbia, plus each of the terri- tories, and there is a separate criminal sys- tem for the federal government. So keep in mind that the United States operates on a federalism basis, meaning we have the national federal government, and then we have each individual state having its own governments. This four session class will explain the type of criminal justice system we have in Arkansas. It is a prelude to an- other class Understanding the Arkansas Criminal Justice System 201 (off ered in Fall 2021) which will present more details about programs to prevent delinquency, addiction treatments and sex off enses. How does one care for their aging skin? Beauty and skincare specialist, Terra Pullman, a Mary Kay cosmentics sales di- rector (top 20% of company), will reveal how to take care of aging skin. Various products with diff erent ingredients can be used to correct specifi c problems of dark spots, sagging skin and wrinkles. The art of makeup application and the avoidance of harmful products are keys to healthy skin care. Tips on how to stay healthy inside and out will be shared. NOTE: There will be no products to sell. You will learn creative in-camera concepts, principles, and techniques, without hav- ing to spend hours in front of your com- puter manipulating images. Eli will share 7 key principles of eff ective composi- tion. You will also learn two photography paradigms/models in the book. Included in those models are concepts and tech- niques like intuition, extracting, impres- sionism and surrealism through photogra- phy and eastern philosophy applications to photography. He will teach you how to see with your imagination, not your eyes; how to see something before you see it; how to make the common uncommon. After an overview of Russian biogeography, we follow the instructor on extended hikes in three of the country's most iconic wilderness landscapes. First, the dense forests and lofty crags of the Cau- casus range including Europe's highest peak (Mt Elbrus) and backdrop for Tol- stoy's wildest frontier adventure tales. Then the remote Siberian Altai range combining the splendor of the Colorado peaks and the Canadian Rockies – and scene of the world's greatest recorded flood. We experience the Trans-Siberi- an Railroad along the way. Finally, the far eastern wilds of the Ussuri Preserve known for fall foliage that rivals autumn in Vermont and home to the world's most ferocious feline predator. It's just like our American wild west only more so!
