T H E D E L T A NUS A PUB L IC A TIO N O F A L PHA TA U O MEG A F R A TER NITY UNIV ER S ITY O F NO R TH DA K O TA s F A L L 2020 O n behalf of all Delta Nu Chapter undergraduate members, I wish to express our most sincere appreciation and gratitude to the many alumni who have generously contributed valuable time and financial resources to make this dream come true. On reflection, many of us are still pinching ourselves, in awe of what was accomplished during these unusual times. How fortunate we are to be the beneficiaries of your commitment to preserving the legacy of ATΩ at UND. You should be very proud of this new home for ATΩ, still located at 3000 University and in the center of campus—we certainly are. In a word, the new chapter house is magnificent—a testimonial to the magic and vision of the architects who worked closely with an alumni planning committee, Chapter representatives and members of UND's administration in designing a fraternity home that is timeless in appearance, mirroring the Collegiate Gothic architectural style seen throughout the UND campus. The new house is functional. It is efficient. It is state of the art. Please stop and visit us when it's safe again to do so. Now, the ball is in our court. You have given us the physical structure. It is our turn to prove to you that we are worthy. We, the Delta Nu Chapter of Alpha Tau Omega, do hereby pledge to you, our alumni: to treat this home as if it were our own, with respect and care; to seek out and recruit diverse and quality young men; to foster an environment that encourages academic excellence, leadership learning, the honing of social skills and the creation of lifelong friendships ; to communicate regularly with you, our alumni; and to learn from the mentoring and oversight of the Board of Trustees and Delta Nu Alumni Board. This is our pledge.
