BY JAY BOBBIN Right from the first scene, your character in "Christmas on the Range" deals with many animals. Are you naturally comfortable around horses, cows, etc.? Oh, I am the worst person to go on a hike with, because I will stop and pet every dog. And horses are just the most majestic animals, so to work with them in this like I did ... I was really in there. You're also an executive producer for the first time on "Christmas on the Range." How did that pursuit go for you? I'm just so grateful that this one is the first. I had a lot of creative input, and I'm so pleased that I got that credit on something that I really love. It was such a special experience. "Christmas on the Range," made before the coronavirus pandemic, involves lots of outdoor scenes. Did you enjoy working in wide open spaces? Outside in the mountains of Georgia, on a horse? There were some days where they would leave me on the horse and I would just sit there while they set things up or filmed something else. It was, honest to goodness, a dream come true.
