The importance of having a network of people who care about you. I reconnected after 20 years with one of my roommates my sophomore year in the house. We are now best friends and live close to each other! 2. The ability to work with different personalities and how to collaborate on a common goal. 3. Leadership—how to lead with influence, which is what you have to be able to do in a sorority. 4. How to be strong and independent. 5. Her oldest daughter will be a senior at OU this fall and her youngest daughter will be a freshman at TCU. Darla loves her family and her job. She travels the U.S. in her position with Buick and speaks at auto shows. "My many jobs support my main reason for being in NYC: lots of auditions for dance companies and musicals.
