RETAILOBSERVER.COM DECEMBER 2020 26 The Convection Wall Oven is available in 30" and 24", and Specialty Oven offerings consist of Speed Ovens (30" and 24"), Convection Steam Ovens (30"), Microwave Drawers (24"), and Warming Drawers (30"). Ovens can be installed next to each other horizontally or vertically as "oven columns," with both iterations achieving uncompromised and consistent lines as part of the kitchen cabinet canvas, presenting the products as one integrated appliance. The single and double built-in Convection Wall Ovens in both the Professional and Master Series are available as either an XT model, which offers peak premium features, or an XV model, which provides segment-leading performance features. All Convection Wall Oven models offer distinctly styled new handles, knobs, panorama windows, a dual-diagonal convection system with best-in-class heat distribution and new user interfaces. The XT model features automated probe cooking and a TFT display with touch technology, while the XV model control panel is based on an intuitive LED display. RANGETOPS AND COOKTOPS Bertazzoni has also revealed its portfolio of new Built-in Rangetops and Drop-in Cooktops, making it one of the most diverse surface-cooking programs in the category. Bertazzoni's new Built-in Rangetops (48" and 36") are available in the Professional or Master Series – both with XT and XV models available – and feature new metal knobs, contour grades and a control panel that matches those on freestanding ranges, 30" Built-In Wall Ovens and Specialty Ovens. What's more, the Rangetops now come with a 15% larger cooking surface, a larger stainless griddle on the 48" model, and two dual-power burners with a best-in-class time to boil – at under six minutes – and a 19,000 BTU maximum burner power. New cooktop offerings span an array of gas, electric and induction models – all designed to integrate seamlessly with the entire Bertazzoni appliance suite while providing precise and effective cooking technology. Gas cooktop options include Bertazzoni's Drop-in Cooktops (36" and 30") – available for the Professional Series and Master Series with XT and XV models featuring side-mounted metal control knobs – and XV Front-Control Gas Cooktops (36", 30", and 24"). Electric fuel options include touch control 365 Induction Cooktops (36" and 30") and digital interface Ceran Electric Cooktops (30" and 24"), each of which incorporate sensor technology to support the cooking process.
