Elizabeth also chose to take advantage of the five year pledge schedule and encourages other alumnae to do the same to stretch their total giving. "I'm only giving up the cost of a large pizza every month, but it's going to make a significant, collective impact in the end." Elizabeth is an avid traveler, global resumé coach and advocate for professional development for women and minorities. She hopes to further her career goals as an expat someday and is excited where the future may lead her. Since quarantine life has put travel on hold, she is exploring her creative side and has launched her own Etsy shop where she sells handmade clay earrings. You can check out Elizabeth's work on Instagram at @pierced.goods or connect with her at elizabethgrace16@comcast.net. Introducing Pi Phi's New Diversity and Inclusion Chairman I n keeping with the changes we are implementing due to ongoing acts of racism and injustice nationwide, Pi Phi is proud to introduce our Diversity and Inclusion Chairman, Tanvi Raj '19. Tanvi will be helping our chapter become more inclusive and socially conscious. "With such unprecedented times, it is important now more than ever to educate ourselves and be held accountable for our misdoings. As the Director of Diversity and Inclusion, I believe in creating a safe environment where conversation is welcomed. I want to be able to foster change within our chapter. My goals for this semester include hosting educational seminars and discussions, organizing the DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) committee and creating a secure forum where members of Georgia Alpha can report any form of discrimination they have faced. These are just a few of my goals that I want to implement and I look forward to growing within the position and serving our chapter!" All women listed as the Fall 2020 Member class. Anticipated initiation in October.
