ZETA CHI CHAPTER OF PI KAPPA ALPHA AT MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY
W
ith the Pike International Convention canceled this
year due to COVID-19, the awards were delivered
virtually over YouTube. e Nester Award recognizes the top
associations that build and maintain strong brotherly ties.
e associations are scored and ranked based on structure,
communications, and activities by the International Awards
Committee. Only the top alumni associations receive this
award. Zeta Chi Alumni Association leadership is committed
to doing the necessary work to win this prestigious award and
to continue our journey toward excellence. In addition, we
were recognized as the Alumni Advisory Board of the Year.

ack to Back! Zeta Chi has once again
received the Smythe Award and is considered
the "best of the best" among all of Pi Kappa
Alpha. is is the second Smythe Award in Zeta
Chi's history. is award recognizes overall
chapter superiority and prominence. Among
its many accomplishments, the chapter has
accomplished the following:
• Chapter Size: 96
• Campus Involvement: 100%
• Community Service: 19 Hours/Man
• GPA: 3.41
• Athletic Rank: 2nd
• Collections: 100%

2020 HOMECOMING
STAYCATION
T
o keep students, alumni, family, and friends of Missouri State safe, the university
is encouraging a Homecoming Staycation the weekend of October 16-17.
Although we won't be having the traditional tailgate and attending the parade, we
hope you can attend the Zeta Chi Alumni Association Annual Meeting on Saturday,
October 17 at 11 a.m. via Zoom. e instruction to join will be posted and emailed
prior to the meeting.
e alumni want to show our support to the active chapter who continues to miss out
on many experiences and social gatherings. We have started a fundraiser to provide a
