Epsilon Chapter House
Construction Has Begun!
Securing Epsilon's Legacy Campaign Needs Participation Boost
A
s the world has been forced to slow
down, TKE continues to move full steam
ahead! After receiving construction bids,
loan proposals, analyzing pledge payment
fulfillment, and presenting final project plans
to the board of directors, the Chapter House
renovation is officially underway.
To begin construction in 2020 and keep in
budget, we made slight modifications to the
original plans. The integrity of the end design
will still certainly meet the expectations we set
in the beginning, but we'd love the opportunity
to add these initial elements back into the
project plans.
In order for us to reclaim these now wish-
list items, we need your help. We extend our
sincere thanks to the donors with open pledge
schedules for honoring your commitment with
timely payments and considering an additional
gift. For our Fraters who have yet to participate,
now is the time!
To date, 149 donors (representing just 9% of
our membership) have committed more than
$4 million to the renovation and scholarship
endowment efforts. With the goal of $4.5
million, we hope to welcome more Fraters to
the list of supporters and double our current
participation. It is important to us that as many
Tekes as possible are represented as this is
a project for all generations. It is everyone's
legacy that we are working to protect!
With the help of alumni, we are confident we
will reach our goal. To discuss a pledge or
donation, pick up the phone and call Roger
Underwood. Pledges can be made to space
payments out over a schedule and to help you
maximize your giving, but one-time donations
are also welcomed and greatly appreciated!
Please help us reach 18% participation and
reclaim our wish list items. Whether naming a
room, securing your listing on the plaque, or
contributing what you can to just to be a part
of it—thank you. We would be honored to add
your name to the enclosed list of donors.
