Clubhouse Projects Great progress has been made on the special projects funded by 18 generous alumni. The following projects were identified and prioritized to help reduce risk and improve the marketability of the chapter house: • Front entry update and tree removal • Kitchen updates This is one of the most challenging times for the Greek system and the Gamma Chi Chapter since its founding. Our goal is to complete all of these projects as soon as possible so the recruitment chairmen can showcase the updates and speak to our alumni making personal investments in the facility. The projects are estimated to cost $75,000.
