THE NUMBERS Wonsley was a monster
out of the gate last season for the Red'Dogs.
In his first start, caught three touchdown passes
against Joe T. Robinson, then a week later caught
15 passes against Little Rock Parkview in a 24-21
win. Finished the season with 73 catches for 986 yards and
10 touchdowns, while facing double-coverage most of the
second half of the season. Has added 10 pounds to his frame
since last season while maintaining 4.5 speed in the 40, said
coach Zak Clark. Has not made a college decision, but has
drawn interest from several Division II programs.
THAT'S WHAT HE SAID "My goal is to get my
team to the playoffs. I just want to try and help my team be the
best that we can be, make sure that everybody is on the same
page. I've put on 10 to 15 pounds to try and be more physical
off the line of scrimmage, but I'm still not where I want to be.
I'm trying to add 5 more, maybe 10 more pounds."
