Other Financing Plans Available Henley was used primarily on defense a year ago and compiled more than 100 tackles. Conaway says he plans to use Henley in the backfield with Wiedemann in 2020. Elkins coach Bryan Hutson said he is ready for his team to stay in Northwest Arkansas this season "The closer road trips are a good thing," he said. "It's always easier when you don't have to travel near as far." Hutson said the biggest boost for his program would be at the junior high level, where the last few years the Elks have played a modified junior high schedule. Now that Elkins is in the 4A-1, its junior high teams will play the same schools as the senior high team. The Elks return 10 starters each way from a 5-6 team, including quarterback Kain Johnson, who passed for 2,000 yards and 23 touchdowns in 2019. 4A-4 CONFERENCE The road to the 4A-4 title should once again lead through Ozark after the Hillbillies advanced to the semifinals with a 12-2 mark in 2019. That record is even more impressive considering how many players Ozark lost to injury. "We did have a lot of injuries, but the thing is, we were able to rotate a lot of young guys in there," Ozark coach Jeremie Burns said. "They took over the starting roles or more of a role in whatever position they played. It was bad that we lost those guys, but it was good for these younger guys to get experience. We've got a lot of guys back on both sides of the ball, so we're looking forward to it."
