Ground Floor Needs I n 2018, the Purdue Sigma Nu Association and CSL Management embarked on a needs assessment and feasibility study. It was determined a two-pronged approach was necessary to be both viable and successful on Purdue's campus. We must renovate our house to reflect the level of excellence we know of Beta Zeta and establish a scholarship program to best recruit quality men to carry on this legacy. With the assistance of Krittenbrink Architecture we've created a timeless and elegant vision to provide upgraded living space and modern technology to support the academic pursuits of our undergraduate members. Facility Improvements If we wish for Beta Zeta to continue its strong presence on the Purdue campus, we must ensure that we are providing a safe, modern, and competitive facility. • HVAC: Install centralized air-conditioning to drastically improve livability while enhancing efficiency and financial viability. • Bathrooms: Fully refinish, including all plumbing under floors and behind walls.
