S
ince 1882, Zeta Psi Chapter has been the heart of Greek life at
the University of Cincinnati. e oldest continuously operating
fraternity on our campus, we have been developing values-
based leaders for not only the student body but also our home
communities and the world. Recognized by Sigma Chi internationally
as one of the top chapters and alumni groups, the Zeta Psi Chapter
has influenced the lives of thousands of men and cultivated lasting
friendships in the process.
Our founder's vision, to be the preeminent leadership and character
development organization benefiting our members throughout life,
has held true for over 138 years. Even though our alumni have gone
on to have successful careers in business, law, public service, medicine
and many other endeavors, they remain rooted in friendship, justice
and learning, those Great Aims of Sigma Chi. Many of us began to
plant those seeds of success at the University of Cincinnati and most
recently in our current home at 2617 University Court.
Principle-driven leaders are needed now more than ever, and the
Zeta Psi Chapter of Sigma Chi is uniquely positioned to help develop
them. Our undergraduate UC Sig brothers continue to strive for
the ideals of our fraternity, assisting brothers in becoming men of
character, caring husbands, compassionate fathers and community
leaders. However, if we are to continue this tradition of excellence, we
must ensure we are providing a safe, modern and competitive facility.
We urge your thoughtful consideration of this plan as we test the
feasibility of a fundraising campaign and prepare the next steps for
Zeta Psi.
