"There are more large student apartments going up with really nice amenities. But
our brothers still see the value of living in the chapter house and the relationships
they build. It is so much different than living in an apartment or college house with
just a few guys. This renovation would benefit the chapter in a lot of ways. For
potential recr uits, brothers who live in, and alumni who come back, we want to make
sure this is something we are proud of. Improving the functionalit y of the space and
focusing on aesthetic improvements would be big for our chapter house."
