OUR PLAN
• Build a two-story addi on on the south side of the
house to include:
• An expanded and updated dining room with
room for all members to eat formal meals, hold
mee ngs, and study.
• An expanded chapter room/study area with
room for all members and mul -purpose
func onality to accommodate chapter, Scandals/
University Sing prac ce,
individual and group study, and more.
• Expand the roofline and update the façade to
make it grander and increase the curb appeal.
• Expand basement so the en re membership
could be downstairs during storms and allow for
space to add a gym and common space.
• Rework space between dining room and house
director suite.

TIMELINE
Construc on would take place over the summer and
while the girls are living in the house with minimal disrup on.
