primary mortgage in 2013, money has been invested into continuous improvement and maintenance projects. Some recent
improvements are listed below. There is a need for a larger scope of renovations to be completed to ensure structural safety and
attractive living conditions.
RECENT RENOVATIONS AND
HOUSE IMPROVEMENTS
Since fall 2012, more than $70,000 worth of renovations have
been completed, including replacing the front foyer doors,
windows, and doorways. Other improvements were a new water

bedroom renovations.
KEEPING OUR BROTHERS SAFE
The safety of our collegiate members is of utmost importance
to the Alpha Sigma Association. It is our obligation to offer a
structurally sound and safe home to our members. Much like our
personal homes, our chapter house much be a haven that instills
confidence in our members and their parents.
